    The hotel facilities were top, notch, with comfortable and well, designed rooms. the on, site wifi worked flawlessly, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the city.

    The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with some items not being restocked in a timely manner and fresh orange juice running out before the posted closing time. some staff members weren't as knowledgeable as they could have been, which led to some minor inconveniences.

    This hotel is simply divine. From the moment I arrived, I realized I had made the right decision , the staff was so attentive and welcoming. I loved lounging by the outdoor sun loungers by the stunning heated swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. My room was tastefully furnished, with exclusive amenities such as a private spa lounge that I was able to take advantage of.

    The only small issue I encountered was with the in, room breakfast service , it was not as prompt as I expected. given the luxurious atmosphere and fantastic service at the hotel, this one hiccup did not detract from my overall experience.

    I loved the location of this hotel, it was very convenient to reach all the shopping centers in Nanshan, plus it was very close to the underground railway station. The buffet breakfast was another highlight for me, there were so many delicious options to choose from, including Indian, mandarin, and European cuisine. The hotel facilities were great and very modern, making it a great option for both business and leisure travelers.

    The hotel had very friendly and communicative staff, and their attention to small details in the design was excellent. The buffet seafood was fresh and delicious, and the desserts, especially the afternoon tea, were a hit. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and I even received a free upgrade at check-in. The hotel's location was great, next to a big shopping mall and very close to the underground railway station.

    Attentive service from the restaurant manager, Diana. She went out of her way to assist us, especially with arranging delicious vegetarian options for my friend. The Chinese tea recommended by Katrina was a highlight. the food, decor, and atmosphere were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

    Great location with malls and restaurants nearby. Convenient and efficient for a business trip. The gym and pool on the higher floors have breathtaking views of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

    Breakfast could be better with more variety and selection. The fruit juice was not freshly squeezed and the croissants were slightly disappointing.
